She is the creator of the Baby Be of Use series for McSweeney’s, a collection of board books for busy parents, including Baby Mix Me a Drink and Baby Plan My Wedding. Lisa Brown is the author and illustrator of How to Be, which was chosen by the Pennsylvania Center for the Book as one of the Thirteen Best Children’s Books for Family Literacy in 2007. ![]() She lives with her husband and daughter in Brooklyn, New York.
